New to the market in October is Unit #1805, a one-bedroom, one-bath flat that demonstrates very motivated pricing. The 660 square-foot apartment first listed at $499,900 and has already been reduced to $488,900. The bright and airy unit has been thoroughly undated, with new hardwood floors throughout, plantation shutters in the bedroom, a California closet and marble finishes in the bath. A space-saving kitchen is tucked neatly into the corner, with a Viking range and Sub-Zero fridge.
Another price cut belongs to Unit #1706, reduced from $609,900 down to $599,900. There was no new sales activity at The Waterview in October. There was one expired listing. Unit #1808 listed in September and was withdrawn after just 10 days. The apartment is currently under lease. We will keep track to see if there is any other activity on the two-bedroom condo that was listed for $939,000.
Those fortunate enough to live at The Waterview can avail themselves of meal service from Amuse at Le Meridien, maid cleaning and other hotel amenities. There’s also an amazing residents-only observation deck, a 24/7 front desk and concierge, a gym, community room and secure parking.
