Still the tallest residential structure in Arlington, Turnberry Tower enjoys a prime perch near the banks of the Potomac River. The 25-story building with its glittering steel and glass façade can be found at 1881 N. Nash Street in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. Residents enjoy sublime views, tons of luxury amenities, and lots of nearby restaurants and attractions.

New to the market in September is Unit #205 with an asking price of $850,000. The one-bedroom condo with 1.5 baths has a very spacious 1,322 square foot layout. Wide-plank floors, giant windows, an open office/den cubby, and a huge private terrace are among the many features. The bedroom suite enjoys balcony access, as well a huge marble en-suite bath with twin-sink vanity, spa tub and a frameless shower.

There were two closings in September. Unit #1011 sold for $1.7 million. The other September sale is Unit #1208. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat closed for $795,000 after listing for $800,000. The large bedroom suite has huge marble bath with a twin-sink vanity.

Turnberry Tower offers quite a lot to its residents, including a staffed front desk, concierge service and valets. A huge indoor swimming pool is inside a remarkable atrium-like setting.     My husband and I are looking for a condo either at Turnberry or the Pierce at Highlands. We want a 2 bedroom, 2.5bathroom with a den on about the 16th floor…..with a nice view of Washington, DC.
