Unit #8C also listed in June with an asking price of $1,695,000. There was one sale in July. Unit #8J closed at $643,785 after listing for $679,000. The residence enjoys huge windows and south-facing views of the courtyard.
Unit #PH3A remains temporarily off the market. The stunning two-level penthouse had listed at $4,995,000 reflecting a reduction from its previous price of $5,495,000. The spectacular residence boasts 3,250 square feet of living space, huge windows on three sides, a front gallery, two bedrooms including a stunning owners’ suite, and an upstairs family room leading out to a 2,000 square foot terrace. We’ll keep an eye on the status of this one.
Also, temporarily off the market after listing in June is Unit #6G.
