Located just two blocks from the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood is the aptly named Waterview. The most expensive current listing at the Waterview received a fresh price reduction in March, from $7,400,000 down to $6,950,000. Three egresses offer exquisite views of the Potomac River, Key Bridge, Theodore Roosevelt Island, and all the way across to Georgetown. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness gym, a front desk and concierge, a community room and secure parking. Those not wishing to drive can stroll to the nearby Rosslyn Metro station. Georgetown is also a walkable distance, right on the other side of Key Bridge.
