City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Located right in the heart of Washington, DC’s vibrant Downtown is a condominium community like no other. City Center DC spans five large blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle/Square neighborhood with 216 condo residences across two towers, as well as office buildings, a hotel, and more than 40 upscale boutique retailers and restaurants. There is even a 1.5 acre park in this ambitious project that was likened to a modern day Rockefeller Center in Washington by the New York Times.

There was one new listing at City Center in July, with Unit #514 priced at $1,114,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,400 square feet of living space is open and airy. Still available for $1,435,000 is Unit #1002 with its very roomy 1,340 square foot layout. The sunny corner apartment has an open ambience with two bedrooms and two baths, as well as a welcoming front foyer, and a massive main living, dining, and cooking area. Also notable are the white oak floors, a convenient built-in desk, and a delightful balcony.

Unit #902 is currently listed at $1,400,000 and has a very modern floor plan with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,346 square feet of interior space. Huge window walls surround the open living, dining, and cooking area, inviting abundant natural light inside. After listing in June, Unit #907 in the I Street tower remains up for grabs. Offered at $649,900, the one-bedroom, one-bath condo has 788 square feet of living space. There was one closing in July. Unit #506 had listed for $1,1485,000 before selling for $1,460,000. Features include a a super-sized open living and dining area that wraps around the corner, massive windows overlooking the patio with garden, two secure parking spaces, and extra storage.

Those fortunate enough to own a condo at City Center enjoy a wide arrange of full-service amenities including staffed front desks with concierge service and doormen for both towers. There are also roof gardens, numerous interior courtyard areas, fitness and yoga studios, wine storage, a bar lounge, community rooms, and business centers.
