When you want to combine hotel-style living with condominium ownership there are few more obvious choices than the Ritz-Carlton West End. The famed hospitality brand has three residential addresses in the Washington area, including Georgetown and Chevy Chase. But the West End version was the first in the District and it remains the largest with 162 condo units across two 11-story towers. From chic one-bedrooms to eye-popping two and three-level penthouses, residences at the Ritz-Carlton West End embody the best of the luxury lifestyle experience in the nation’s capital.

There were no new listings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in July, and in fact, this very popular location seems to be entering something of a summer drought when it comes to available residences. There were two active properties as of this report.

Unit #PH3C is a duplex penthouse currently listed at $1,689,000. There was one sale in July. Unit #3B came to market in June for $2,250,000 and received an accepted offer in just four days’ time, ultimately closing at its full asking price. The impressive three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence boasts a huge front gallery, custom wall treatments, a massive main living room area, and a very spacious formal dining room. The gourmet kitchen is nicely appointed, including a wine refrigerator, and there are two private terraces with expansive West End views.

Residents at the Ritz-Carlton West End enjoy an array of hotel amenities, including room service from the popular downstairs restaurants and options for maid service and even catering. The elegant lobby is staffed with porters, a doorman, and accommodating concierge service. A lush inner courtyard features a towering waterfall, and condo owners also have priority access to the Equinox Sports Club with its indoor pool.
