We’ll keep tabs to see if this listing returns to the active marketplace.
There were no new sales in August. Previously, Unit #W111 came to market in mid-July and received an accepted offer in just two days. The rare studio apartment with one bath and a 725 square foot layout closed the same month for $690,000 which is $65K over the original asking price of $625,000. Filled with natural light, this extra-roomy residence with its ultra-wide plank cherry hardwood floors and brick accents has the added advantage of a huge walk-out private terrace. Also notable is the charming open galley-style kitchen, in-unit washer and driver, private storage, and a garage parking space with EV charging.
