Third place with three units sold included City Vista, The Whitman and Yale Steam Laundry, all in Mount Vernon Triangle, as well as Lionsgate in Bethesda and Odyssey in Arlington.

Unit 309 at Hampden Row in Bethesda was listed $534,990 and sold for $609,990. The  1-bedroom 1-bath condo started a fight that turned a profit 114.02 over list.
