Atop the list  with six properties sold at The Watergate in Foggy Bottom, Unit 212S captured $1,322,500 for 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in 2,085 SF.  Somerset House in Friendship Heights placed second with four sales including a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath stunner closing at $2,090,000. Third place with three units sold included City Vista, The Whitman and Yale Steam Laundry, all in Mount Vernon Triangle, as well as Lionsgate in Bethesda and Odyssey in Arlington.
