City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle sold five units in May. Three buildings sold three units each: 2020 Lofts in U-Street Corridor, Somerset House in Friendship Heights and Turnberry Tower in Arlington. Selling two units each: 555 Mass, City Center and The Sonata in Mount Vernon Triangle; Gaslight Square and The Waterview in Arlington; and The Residences at Market Square in Penn Quarter.
