Unit #1603 listed on July 31 for $774,000 with 2-beds, 2-baths and 1,077 square feet.
There are no condos currently under contract but there have been some recent sales. Unit #1804 with 1-bed, 1-bath and 570 square feet listed on July 17 for $524,900 and closed August 1 at $482,000—just 38 days on market. Unit #2205 is a 1-bed, 1-bath residence with 660 square feet that listed for $555,000 and closed at $525,000 on July 31 with a price-per-square-foot of $795. The highest-priced sale this year was #2701 with 3-bedrooms, 3-baths and 2,165 feet of space. The unit listed for $2,125,000 and closed for an even $2 million which is 94% of its asking price.
