Unit #405 at the recently completed Hampden Row in Bethesda, Maryland is listed at $3,849,990 with 3-bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,780 square feet, designer finishes and concierge services. There were two high-priced new listings at Westlight in the West End: #2C at $3,195,000 and #9F at $3,195,000. Each has 3-beds and 3-baths. Our final listing returns to Hampden Row with Unit $604, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath city home with an asking price of $2,999,990.
