The 2-bed, 2-bath industrial-style loft had listed for a very reasonable $539,000 and sold for $555,000. That’s 102.97% over asking. Second on the list is #520, a one-bed apartment at the 16-story Odyssey in Arlington that sold for $445,000 after listing for $440,000 (101.14%). The 2-bed, 2.5 bath residence is in a building noted for its many hotel-style amenities. Unit #311 at Adams Alley in Adams Morgan closed for $881,000 after listing for $874,500. The 3-story penthouse has 2-beds and 2.5 baths plus additional loft space. There are only 12 residences here, sitting over a historic commercial structure. Our final entry is #801 at the fabulous City Center in MVT. The 925-square foot one-bedroom unit closed for $925,000—that’s 100% of its asking and $1,000 per square foot!
