555 Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle topped the leader board in December for the most sales activity. This elegant building with full service amenities had six closings! The high-rise with its rooftop pool enjoys a prime Downtown location, just steps from a dizzying array of top restaurants.
Tied for second place were City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle and Gallery Place in Chinatown, each with three sales. There were five buildings in Washington Metro with two sales each in December: Dumbarton Place in Dupont Circle, Ten Ten Mass in Mount Vernon Triangle, The Columbia in the West End, Union Row in the U Street Corridor and Turnberry Tower in Rosslyn.
Finally, there were five buildings that had one sale each. Those were 2020 Lofts in the U Street Corridor, 22 West in the West End, Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan and Flour Mill, a Georgetown landmark with river and Potomac Park views. Also worth noting, Mather Studios in Chinatown had its first closing in December since November 2017. Unit #903 with 2-beds and 2-baths sold for $730,000. This trendy building features loft residences as well as artist spaces.
