Ritz-Carlton West End | Market Pulse | December 2018

The Ritz-Carlton West End combines two types of high end living—hospitality and residential. The central component is a world class hotel. To either side are condominium towers. The result is an unparalleled luxury lifestyle experience with amenities such as room service, housekeeping, private chefs and a heated indoor swimming pool.

Newly available in December is Unit #4B, a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with 2 full baths and 962 square feet of space. Listed at $825,000, the unit has top-of-the-line appliances, Brazilian herringbone hardwoods, a large master suite and elegant marble baths.

Also new to market is Unit #8J, a 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat with 771 square feet of living space. With a competitive asking price of $699,000, this sun-filled condo has south-facing courtyard views, herringbone floors and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

The most expensive unit at The Residences at Ritz-Carlton West End is #PH2B, listed at $3.7 million. This rarified penthouse boasts three levels, 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, 3,200 square feet of living space, gorgeous pale hardwoods, two fireplaces, a wood-paneled study, marble spa baths, a private terrace off the master suite and a rooftop deck as well!

Unit #2B (not to be confused with #PH2B) came to market in November and is still available at $1,925,000. The large 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment has 2,439 square feet of space, a master suite plus two guest suites, Brazilian Cherry floors, a unique outdoor patio and an additional balcony as well.

Also active since November is Unit #4E, currently configured as 1-bedroom, 2.5 baths and a den. The seller will convert the den to a bedroom upon request. With 2,013 square feet, a master suite, dining bay windows and balcony, this unique condo is listed for $1,295,000.

Unit #5K is still available after two major price reductions. The recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence is currently listed at $1,650,000 with 1,422 square feet of interior space plus a 631-square foot south garden terrace. Other features include a fireplace, wide-plank floors and marble baths.

There are two residences that went under contract in December. The first is #PH3J, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse with 2,490 square feet inside plus a private roof deck. This tri-level ultra-modern abode was listed at $2,250,000 and is due to close on January 15.

The other pending transaction is Unit #4A. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat with 1,674 square feet of space was listed at $1,349,000 and is scheduled to close January 23. This attractive condo has new wood floors, a master suite with built-ins, marble baths and a family room.

Also worth noting, Unit #2C with 2-bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,750 square feet of space remains withdrawn. It was most recently priced at $1,499.000. Additionally, Unit #8G has expired. The 1-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with 1,062 square feet was listed in October for $859,000.
