The top sales-to-list ratio for December belonged to Unit #229 at Union Row in the U Street Corridor. The super-cute 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat with hardwood floors, exposed ducts and a gourmet kitchen along one wall, listed for $393,000 and closed at $430,000. That’s $37,000 over asking or 109.41%!

Next on the list is Unit #T13 at 2020 Lofts, also in the popular U Street Corridor. The 2-bed apartment with open floor plan, private terrace and en-suite bath for each bedroom, listed for $594,750 but sold for $639,750, an impressive 105.88% over list.

Unit #211 at Logan Station in Logan Circle listed for $775,000 and sold for $785,000 or 101.29% above asking. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath dwelling has hardwood floors throughout and private balconies off each bedroom.

Next is #110 at Landmark Lofts, a historic development on Capitol Hill that dates back to 1874. The 2-bed, 1.5-bath unit with exposed brick, overhead ductwork and beautiful wide-plank floors listed for $724,000 and closed for $725,000 (100.14%). Next is Unit #212 at the Yale Steam Laundry, another historic repurposed building on The Hill. This impeccably renovated 1-bedroom at a former laundry that once served the White House, listed for $434,900 and closed at $435,000 (100.02%). Finally, Unit #303 at Turnberry Tower in Arlington listed at $1,274,900 and closed a tick higher at $1,275,000 (100.01%). The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has marble floors and baths and a large balcony.
