The Clara Barton in Penn Quarter had two sales in February. The notable 12-story condominium with its hotel-style living offers a full range of luxury amenities, including rooftop terrace with pool, indoor kitchen, outdoor grills, dining areas, club room with kitchen and fireplace, private movie screening room and so much more!

Somerset House in Friendship Heights also had two sales, including Unit #306 which sold for $1,283,500: one of the highest closings of the month.

The very modern Floridian with two buildings along the trendy U Street Corridor had two sales as well. Unit #3004 with 2-beds and 1.5 baths closed at its full asking price of $599,900, while Unit #6003 with 1-bed and 1-bath sold for $499,500.

There were a multitude of popular buildings that had one sale each in February. These include 22 West in the West End, City Vista in Downtown DC’s Mount Vernon, Gallery Place in Chinatown, Hampden Row in Bethesda, Lionsgate which is also in Bethesda, Lot 33 in Adams Morgan, Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon, Mather Studios in Chinatown and Matrix in Logan Circle.
