Also settling in March was Unit #4B with 1-bedroom and 2 full baths. The 962-square foot flat has Cherry floors, marble baths and a gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero, Viking and Miele appliances. The asking price was $825,000 and the closing amount was $775,000.
