Unit #8E at 22 West in the West End topped the highest price per square foot charts in April. The 2,232 square foot modern residence with 3-bedrooms and 3-baths, gleaming hardwoods and a minimalist gourmet kitchen closed for $2,405,000 or $1,077.51 per square foot.
Placing second was Unit #508 at 1745 N in Dupont Circle with an open space layout, exposed brick, pale hardwoods and white-on-white luxury baths. The condo closed for full price at $2,400,000, translating to $1,039.41 per square foot. In third place was Unit #1811 at Turnberry Tower in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. The 3-bath, 2.5-bath residence with 2,280 square feet of living space and a giant balcony with Potomac River views, sold for $2,275,000 or $997.81 per square foot.
Next is Unit #502 at the fabulous new VIO at The Wharf—DC’s emerging live, work and play experience at the Southwest Waterfront. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with hardwood floors, giant floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony overlooking the Washington Channel sold for $715,000 or $993.06 per square foot.
Unit #61 at 2101 Connecticut Avenue in Kalorama with 4-bedrooms and 3,200 square feet of living space sold for $3 million ($937.50 per square foot). The final entry is Unit #903 at the Residences at CityCenter in Mount Vernon. With 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,083 square feet of living space, the contemporary flat sold for $975,000 or $900.28 per square foot.
