Soaring ceilings, huge banks of two-story factory style windows, exposed ductwork, floating iron stairs and accent bricks add to the appeal. Toss in the gorgeous hardwood floors, beautiful upstairs bedrooms and family area, luxurious spa-type baths and French doors opening to a private patio, and you begin to understand why real estate buyers flock to the Wooster & Mercer.
You can find Wooster and Mercer at 1600 Clarendon Boulevard. While it is considered to be part of the Rosslyn community, the complex is also close to the Court House border. That means upscale shops and restaurants galore! Residents at Wooster and Mercer enjoy a swimming pool, fitness center, club room, staffed front desk, secure parking and a dog park.
