Unit #908 has a new price reduction. Originally listed at $1,425,000, the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat with 1,423 square feet of space is now available for $1,370,000. Unit #807 went under agreement in January, and is scheduled to close in February. There was one closing in January. Unit #604 with 1-bedroom, 1.5-baths and 830 square feet of space listed for $739,900 and sold for $740,000.
