Turmberry Tower has the distinction of being the tallest residential building in the Washington Metropolitan area. Topping the list of new listings at Turnberry Tower in February is Unit #2204, priced at $2,995,000. There have been numerous updates since this unit’s last purchase four years ago. These include Unit #1211 with 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and 2,229 square feet for $1,975,000; Unit #1111 with 2-bedrooms, a den and 2.5 baths for $1,775,000; Unit #1712 with 2-bedrooms and 2-baths for $1,525,000; Unit #1103 with 2-bedrooms and 2.5-baths for $1,375,000; Unit #702 with 2-bedrooms, a den and 2.5-baths for $1,550,000 and Unit #212 with 2-bedrooms and 2-baths for $1,200,000.

Unit #1902 closed in February for $2,880,000 after listing for $2,948,000. The super-sized 19th floor penthouse has a 3,045 square foot floorplan with 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and a den/office. Features include a private elevator, hardwood floors, giant window walls, a modern open gourmet kitchen and an extended balcony accessible from multiple parts of the residence.

Turnberry Tower has tons of amenities with a staffed font desk, concierge, complimentary valet parking, a heated indoor swimming pool, screening room with catering kitchen and secure parking.
