Topping the sales-to-list ratio in April was Unit #211 at Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft unit listed for $745,000 and closed at $765,000: a $20,000 increase or 102.68% of the original price. Exposed brick walls, overhead ductwork and beams, and a loft master bedroom add to the striking appearance. Unit #1003 at The Whitman in Mount Vernon Triangle came in second at 102.44%, reflecting a $615,000 asking price and a $630,000 closing. The stylish flat with 2-bedrooms and 1.5-baths and 883 square feet of living space has gleaming hardwood floors, an open gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a balcony and a walk-in washer and dryer closet.

In a tie for third place is Units #304 and #421 at City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath flats each listed at $605,000 and sold for $616,000 or 101.82% of the asking price. Next up is Unit #701 at The Odyssey in Arlington’s Courthouse neighborhood with an asking price of $365,000 and a closing at $370,000, or 101.37%. The 579 square foot apartment makes the most of its floor space with an open kitchen and a nifty desk nook.

Unit #416 at Union Row in the U Street Corridor was priced at $778,500 and sold for $780,000 or 100.19% of list. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence with 982 square feet of living space features a bright and open floor plan with exposed overhead ductwork and a white-on-white modern kitchen set into a single wall.
