Closing out our top six list-to-sales ratios is Unit #203 at The Odyssey in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with 695 square feet of living space, was offered at $455,000 before selling for $460,000, equaling 101.10 percent of list. A bright and attractive layout, an open gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cute balcony overlooking the courtyard, add to the appeal.
