Topping the list of closings in December’s sales-to-list ratio is Unit #607 at 2020 Lofts in the exciting U Street Corridor. The two-bedroom, two-bath corner residence listed for $739,000, and sold for $746,500, equaling 101.01 percent of the asking price. The condo’s many features include wood floors, a gas fireplace, giant floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed overhead ductwork, a private balcony and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The Metro is right outside the door, with Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s nearby. The other seven sales in this list were all at full price, an unusual stat and one that demonstrates just how robust the month was. Adding to the uniqueness, three of The Atrium’s December’s four sales were at 100 percent of asking. Unit #1301 is a penthouse duplex with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sold for $737,000; Unit #524 is a two-bedroom, two-bath duplex that sold for $660,000 and Unit #207 is a one-bedroom flat with a huge private terrace that closed at $410,000.

Third place in the sales-to-list category goes Unit #1121 at City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle. The two-bedroom flat with blonde hardwood floors and an open stylish kitchen sold for its full asking price of $624,500. In fourth place is Unit #148 at Gaslight Square in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. The spectacular penthouse loft with its soaring 19-foot ceilings listed and sold for full price at $1,350,000. Its many superb features include spiral iron and wood stairs, a sublime white-on-white modern kitchen and a super cool private rooftop terrace.

Next up is Unit #1A at Landmark Lofts on Capitol Hill. Located at the ground level in a historic former schoolhouse, this airy residence with its exposed brick walls and outdoor patio, listed and sold for $785,000. Closing out the month’s impressive sales-to-list grouping is Unit #401 at The Artisan in Penn Quarter. With pale hardwood floors and a fun private balcony, the one-bedroom flat sold for 100 percent of asking at $374,900
