City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Style, luxury and comfort come together superbly at the Residences at CityCenterDC. These are the condominium components for the massive CityCenter complex, covering more than five large urban blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle. The 10-acre complex also includes upscale apartment rentals, office towers, a hotel and more than 40 restaurants and boutique retailers. There’s also art installations, walkways and a 1.5-acre park.

New to the market in January 2021 is Unit #505. Priced at $1,699,000, the residence is a rare combination of two apartments merged together into one spacious two-bedroom package with two full baths, two half-baths and a 1,947 square foot layout. A glossy white gourmet kitchen stretches in a U-shape; there’s also a wet bar where the second kitchen once existed.

Also newly listed in January is Unit #710 at $1,198,000.
