The 1,725 square foot residence also took second place in the highest sales category at $1,925,000. The unique two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,814 square feet of space has been totally renovated from top to bottom. The condo sold for $1,600,000, making it the fourth-highest sale as well as the fourth-highest price per square foot at $882.23 per sq. ft. Direct elevator access, a sweeping balcony, walls of windows and beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths, makes this waterfront residence a standout.

In fifth place is Unit #210 at The Historic Row at 1745N in Dupont Circle. The full-priced closing of $1,275,000 translates to $848.87 per square foot. The 1,502 sq. ft. apartment with its classic layout and architectural details was also the sixth-highest condo sale for the month. Closing out the list is Unit #23 at Rainbow Lofts in Logan Circle. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence has two bedrooms, two baths, soaring barrel-formed concrete ceilings and 1,115 square feet of space. Set inside a former auto body shop, the trendy condo with its exposed ductwork and super cool fireplace feature, sold for 100 percent of its asking price at $949,000, translating to $821.65 per square foot.
