Offering a brand new price reduction is Unit #1612. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat is now listed at $1,495,000 representing a $30,000 cut. Unit #2309 has now gone under contract. The prestigious I Model was reduced in price to $2,649,900 in February and soon had an accepted offer.
