A superb waterfront location is just one of the key selling points for Turnberry Tower in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. Designed by ACG Architecture, the glittering 26-story building has long enjoyed the distinction of being the tallest residential building in the Washington Metro area. Indeed, the views are spectacular, including the Potomac River, the Washington skyline and Arlington’s cityscape.

New to the market in March is Unit #2108. The upper-level apartment is priced at $2,290,000 with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a den and a spacious 2,039 square foot layout. Also noteworthy is the owner’s suite with a huge dressing room and a lavish spa bath.

Offering a brand new price reduction is Unit #1612. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat is now listed at $1,495,000 representing a $30,000 cut. An open layout, private elevator, blonde floors, an incredible master suite, lavish baths and a gourmet kitchen contribute mightily to the appeal. But it’s the sweeping balcony with picture perfect views of the Potomac River that puts this flat over the top!

Unit #2309 has now gone under contract. The prestigious I Model was reduced in price to $2,649,900 in February and soon had an accepted offer. The 2,655 square foot apartment features over $80,000 in improvements, with two bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths. There was one closing in March. Unit #1410 sold for $1,450,000 after listing for $1,525,000. Two balconies overlook Arlington, with peeks of the river. A lavish master bath boasts a walk-in marble shower, soaking tub and twin-sink vanity.
