New to the market in March is Unit #2504. The two-bedroom corner apartment with 2.5 baths offers 1,232 square feet of luxe living for $1,149,888. Coffee-hued hardwoods run throughout, with giant walls of true floor-to-ceiling windows. An exquisitely remodeled kitchen is completely open to the living area, with a waterfall quartz island and stainless steel appliances recessed into modern white glossy euro-style cabinets. The views of the Potomac River and Key Bridge are also notable.

Unit #1603 is still available after listing in February. Offered at $740,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,077 square feet of space, gleaming blonde floors and a slice of Potomac River and monument views from the living room windows. An open gourmet kitchen is set into a single wall, with a Viking gas range, Sub-Zero fridge and Dacor microwave. The bedroom is quite spacious, with an en-suite marble tile bath. Still active is Unit #1706. The handsome one-bedroom flat also has a den that makes a terrific work from home space. Listed at $579,900, the modern apartment with one bath enjoys an 808 square foot layout that optimizes space. Huge windows allow in plenty of light, and the living and dining area are completely open to a gourmet kitchen with Viking, Sub-Zero and Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite counters and breakfast island. A washer/dryer combo and one parking space are included.

Unit #1909 has dropped down to $579,000 from its original price of $599,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with 687 square feet of space, gets tons of sun from an extended wall of full height windows. Features include blonde hardwood floors and an open gourmet kitchen set into a single wall, with stainless steel appliances. Splendid views of the Potomac River and Key Bridge add to the allure. The HVAC is brand new, and one reserved parking space conveys.

There is one new pending status to report. Unit #1502 listed at the end of February and went under contract in March. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,250 square feet of space had been listed at $1,135,000. Coffee-hued floors, an open gourmet kitchen and luxurious baths, including a powder room with designer vessel sink, are part of the appeal. But the real kicker is the amazing river views from every single window.

There was one sale in March. Unit #2606 was listed at $1,520,000 and closed at a very solid $1,500,000. The spacious two-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat with its 1,523 square foot layout received a substantial remodel from the Akseizer Design Group, with $100,000 in upgrades. Wide-plank floors, marble kitchen counters and sweeping views of the Potomac River contribute to a very impressive package.
