City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Those looking for luxury living, top restaurants and upscale boutique shopping set into one scintillating Washington, DC location, should consider CityCenterDC. Located in the vibrant Mount Vernon Triangle, this mammoth mixed-use community combines condominium towers, apartment rentals, office towers, a hotel and the above-referenced shops and restaurants, all in a 10-acre setting. With landscaping, walkways, a plaza and a 1.5 acre park, it’s a slice of New York City-style culture in the heart of Downtown DC.

It was a great month for new listings at the Residences of CityCenter. Topping the price list is Unit #1102, offered at $1,550,000. The sky-high two-bedroom, two-bath flat has a huge open main living area with a stunning wall of glass and memorable cityscape views. There’s plenty of room with 1,209 square feet of interior space, augmented by a private terrace. Other notables include a modern Euro-style kitchen and a glossy white desk cubby.

Also new to the market in April is Unit #809. Listed at $1,399,900, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment is situated on a quiet interior corner, overlooking lush gardens and terraces. The 1,514 square feet of living space is quite a luxury, complemented by large open living area, giant windows and wide-plank hardwood flooring. The stylish gourmet kitchen is a great place to create meals. One of the two bedroom suites also offers a private office area.

Continuing the April timeline is Unit #416, listed at $1,249,000. The 1,142 square foot residence has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at interior courtyards. Custom wallpaper and treatments add to the stylish vibe. There’s a signature open Foster + Partners kitchen with the refrigerator and other appliances hidden inside Italian cabinetry, adding to the appeal.

Unit #510 listed in April for $1,199,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,176 square feet of living space has a private balcony and tall windows that allow lots of natural light to play across the wide-plank floors. The kitchen is completely open to the living area, with an extended dining counter. The master bedroom has an en-suite spa bath and a walk-in closet with dressing room!

Unit #516 also came on the market in April, with a list price of $1,050,000. The 1,125 square foot corner residence has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a wall of windows offering views of the garden terraces and a water feature below. The final new listing in April is Unit #601. The spacious 940 square foot one-bedroom flat has 1.5 baths and is offered at $899,999. Still available is Unit #715, the most expensive current listing at CityCenterDC. Priced at $2,749,999, the two-bedroom, two-bath residence boasts 1,584 square feet of living space plus a lush 576 square foot private multilevel walk-out terrace. There is also a long balcony bridging the two bedrooms. From the sleek modern kitchen to the giant window walls, this unit is special.

Offered at $2,450,000, Unit #810 is a corner penthouse with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,389 square feet of interior space. A huge bonus is the 1,009 square foot private rooftop terrace. Massive window walls wrap around the open living area. A stylish open kitchen with Caesarstone counters and Motleni/Dada cabinets adds to the allure.

Unit #714 remains active, with a list price of $1,139,500. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence with 1,028 square feet of space boasts giant windows, ultra-wide plank floors and dramatic wall finishes. There is also custom lighting and a large private balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. The master bath with its frameless shower and mosaics is truly impressive.

Unit #709 came to market in March and is still available for $725,000. The south-facing apartment has one bedroom and a split bath that includes a powder room for guests. Unit #1003 listed in March for $750,000 before dropping to $725,000. The attractive one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a generous 858 square foot floorplan with huge windows, white oak wide-plank floors, a balcony and a large bedroom with a Molteni closet system. The open gourmet kitchen has an extra-long breakfast bar. There’s also a nifty desk nook.

Unit #1002 went under contract in April. Listed at #1,050,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,116 square feet of living space with pale hardwood floors and a long wooden balcony. The open kitchen incudes Molteni cabinets, Caesarstone counters and Thermador, Bosch and Miele appliances. A built-in desk provides a nifty work from home space.

Unit #710 has been withdrawn. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxe apartment had been available either furnished or unfurnished, and was priced at $1,198,000.
Also withdrawn in April is Unit #505, a rare examples of two apartments being merged into one two-bedroom, 2.5 bath package. Listed at $1,699,000, the unit has 1,947 square feet of space.

There is seemingly no end to the amenities at CityCenterDC, with a 24/7 front desk with concierge and porter service, party rooms, a fitness center and yoga studio, an executive business center and a bar lounge. You can also grill on a spectacular rooftop deck with a serene water feature. There are over 40 upscale retailers and restaurants inside the development itself, with countless others nearby.
