Leading the highest price per square foot category in August is Unit #5K at The Ritz-Carlton West End, located quite naturally, in the West End neighborhood. The junior one-bedroom maximizes its 429 square feet of space with huge windows, an upgraded open gourmet kitchen and a bedroom area with a sliding door and custom closet. It even includes parking and extra storage! The $378,000 sale translates to $881.12 per square ft.
