That figure also translates to $1,068.75 per sq. ft., grabbing top honors in the highest price per square foot contest. Closing out this memorable list is Unit #1011 at Turnberry Tower in the Rosslyn waterfront. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 2,229 square feet of space has direct elevator access, an office/den, massive window walls and a huge balcony with views of the Potomac River. The closing price was $1.7 million.
