There were no fewer than 10 buildings with two sales each! One of the two sales at 1055 High in Georgetown figures prominently in October’s highlights, having captured the second-highest sales price, and the top price per square foot. Unit #3W with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,538 sq. ft. of living space sold for $4.4 million, translating to $1,243.64 per square foot. Unit #302 at Butterfield House on Capitol Hill is one of two sales at the desirable address, listing for $450,000 and closing at $463,250, making it the second-highest in the list-to-sales ratio at 102.94 percent. Unit #8B at 22 West in the West End neighborhood is one of two sales in the building, as well as the sixth-highest in the price per sq. ft. category at $975.31. The roomy one-bedroom with two baths and a bonus den measures out at 1,215 square feet and sold for $1,185,000.
