Offering some of the best views in the Washington Metro region, the 26-story Turnberry Tower is perched near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. The distinctive curvilinear glass façade was designed by Robert Swedroe for the global Turnberry luxury brand. While recent sales have eaten into the active inventory, there are still some available condos.

Offered at $899,900, Unit #1205 is a 1,322 square foot apartment with one bedroom, 1.5 baths and marble and porcelain floor tiling. The living area with its wall of windows is quite large and open, there’s a nice-sized dining area as well. A 30-foot long private terrace is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom with its tray ceiling, custom wardrobe, and ensuite bath. Unit #2408 was offered at $2,196,000 in February and ultimately sold for $2,170,000. The two-bedroom residence has 2.5 baths, a den, and 2.039 square feet of luxurious living space. Among the many features is a private elevator, an exposed brick wall plus custom built-ins in the living area, and a large terrace with unobstructed views up the Potomac River.

Unit #1408 closed at full price in March, for $799,500. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment with 1,322 square feet of living space features wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout, an open gourmet kitchen with Snaidero cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances, and a full marble bath. A 30-foot long private balcony offers peeks of the river.
