There were two closings in May. The first is Unit #1001 with two bedrooms, two-baths and 1,754 square feet of living space. The residence sold for $1,290,000 after listing for $1,325,000. Features include gleaming hardwood floors throughout, giant windows, a sweeping curved balcony, gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, direct elevator access, a laundry room, and parking.

The other closing is Unit #406, a one-bedroom flat featuring a bonus den with pocket doors, and two full baths. The condo sold for $840,000 after listing for $885,000. The layout is quite roomy with 1,404 square feet of interior living space, along with a private balcony providing an additional 254 square feet. The open gourmet kitchen features glossy Snaidero cabinetry, granite counters, and panelized stainless steel appliances.
