Topping the highest price per size category in July is Unit #602 at VIO at The Wharf in the Southwest Waterfront. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with a 720 sq. ft. layout sold for $860,000, translating to a hefty $1,194.44 per square foot. That said, the views of boat slips, the Washington Channel, East Potomac Park, and the Potomac River beyond, are priceless! Unit #301 at Somerset House in Chevy Chase not only captured second place in the price per square foot at $993.65, it was also the top overall sale at $3,600,000 as well as the fourth highest in list-to-sales at 102.86 percent. Third place goes to Unit #503 at Woodley-Wardman in the Woodley Park neighborhood.
