Topping the sales charts in September is Unit #3D at 22 West in the West End neighborhood. The second highest sale was another full-priced closing, with Unit #606 at The Weslie in Arlington’s Rosslyn waterfront community bringing in $1,960,000. It also captured the third highest price per sq. ft. at $968.38.

Unit #PH9 at Chase Point in Friendship Heights nabs fourth place in September with a $1,745,000 transaction. The fifth highest sale is Unit #8C at the Ritz-Carlton West End. The $1,650,000 sales price for the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,846 square feet of living space and two private balconies also translates to the fifth highest price per square foot at $893.82. Closing out this list is Unit #703 at VIO at The Wharf, in Washington’s Southwest Waterfront. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat with 1,269 square feet of modern living space sold for $1,587,500. This listing also captured the highest price per square foot for the month at $1,250.99. The new owners will enjoy stunning views of the Washington Channel from floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace.
