Second place in the size sweepstakes is another double honoree, with the highest closing price in November for a condo or cooperative. This exquisite two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,450 square ft. of living space, sold for full price at $1,450,000, translating to $1,000 per square foot. Closing out November’s impressive list in the size contest is Unit #303 at The Kalorama, named eponymously for the affluent neighborhood that it is located in. This remarkable corner residence with two bedrooms, two baths, four private balconies and 1,500 sq. feet of elegant living space sold for $1,289,000 or $859.33 per square foot.
