Occupying a full 10 acres in the Mount Vernon Triangle, this downtown oasis offers virtually everything one needs in a luxury setting. CityCenterDC is one of the top mixed-use communities in the nation and has been described in the New York Times as a modern-day Rockefeller Plaza. While there weren’t any new listings in December, there are still plenty of active condo offerings at CityCenterDC. The highest-priced active listing at the moment is Unit #1101. Unit #702 is currently listed at $1,425,000.
