As part of the world-famous hospitality brand, the Ritz-Carlton West End provides the ultimate in white gloves residential service. Located in the West End neighborhood, the mixed-use complex includes a hotel, two luxury condo towers, and street level retail. Residents enjoy a wide array of hotel-style amenities, such as meal service from the on-site restaurants. There was one new listing in May, adding to a plentiful menu of available condos at the Ritz-Carlton West End. Offered at $2,100,000, the residence features Brazilian Cherry herringbone floors, and private outdoor spaces at each level, including a superb rooftop terrace.

Unit #7E remains active after listing last in April for $3,595,000. This elegant and very spacious apartment has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3,096 square feet of interior space. Other features include a double parlor living room with a massive wall of windows and a fireplace, a family room, a formal dining room, a large eat-in kitchen, and a private terrace.

Still available after coming to market in April is Unit #PH3C with an asking price of $1,795,000. Unit #8E remains available after a major price reduction in April. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence is currently listed at $2,799,000. Unit #5E had a big price reduction in May, from $4,950,000 all the way down to $4,750,000. Unit #2F received an accepted offer in May and is now pending with contingencies. Two separate outdoor spaces add a nice touch, and the primary bedroom suite is large, comfortable, and private.

There was one closing in May. Unit #8H sold for $1,035,000 after listing for $1,049,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,125 square feet of living space, Brazilian cherry herringbone floors throughout. A large gourmet kitchen features Viking, Thermador, and Miele stainless steel appliances.
