With a terrific West End neighborhood location, the Ritz-Carlton West End offers a highly appealing lifestyle experience, partnering two condominium towers with a high-end hotel. Condo owners enjoy spacious and elegant residences, as well as an array of full service amenities such as room service from the on-site restaurant. There are 162 units between the two 11-story towers, and there is normally a nice selection of available resale properties at this desirable location.

There were no new listings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in July. However, there are still some high-end available condos, including Unit #5E with an asking price of $4,750,000. This stylish residence was remodeled in 2018, with wooden wall treatments and a magazine-worthy open chef-style kitchen that resembles an upscale restaurant or diner. There is also a butler’s pantry with sink, prep counter, and wine fridge.

Still available after coming to market in June is Unit #6C with a list price of $1,675,000. Unit #PH3N received an accepted offer in July and is now pending with contingencies. The triplex in the sky with its herringbone floors is due to close at the end of August. Notable among many features is the private rooftop terrace, along with additional balconies.

Unit #PH3C on the other hand, has been withdrawn from the market. The two-level penthouse had been listed at $1,795,000, with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1,795 square feet of chic living space. Other features include hardwood floors, fireplace, two private terraces, a gourmet kitchen, and formal dining room.

There were no closings in July.
