City Center - Washington DC's Hottest New Development

Offering the ultimate in convenience, luxury, and location, the Residences at City Center DC are two condominium towers located within one of Washington’s most popular destination places. The mixed-use community in the Mount Vernon Triangle packages upscale condo living, apartment rentals, shops, restaurants, a hotel, offices, and a 1.5-acre park in an outdoor mall setting. It has been described by the New York Times as a modern-day Rockefeller Center in DC.

There are a substantial number of new listings in September, beginning with Unit #1009 priced at $1,575,000. This is actually a relisting of a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,452 square feet of airy living space. The corner apartment with floods of natural light boasts huge windows, pale hardwood floors, and an extended balcony with cityscape views.

Offered at $1,179,000, Unit #910 has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,124 square feet of interior space. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the covered terrace is a serene place to relax and unwind. There was one closing in September. Unit #1010 sold for $585,245 after listing for $620,000. The one-bedroom apartment with one bath and 635 square feet of sunny living space features floor-to-ceiling windows, pale hardwood floors, and a private balcony. The space-saving gourmet kitchen with its glossy white custom cabinetry tucks neatly into a corner. One parking space was included.

Unit #901/902 was withdrawn from the market in early September. The 2,816 square foot condo had been listed at $5,494,000 and is the result of two apartments being merged into one large and airy residence with four bedrooms, an office, 3.5 baths, a large terrace with putting green, and an additional extended balcony. Another luxe feature is the temperature controlled private wine cellar.

Residents at City Center enjoy a myriad of full service amenities, including staffed lobbies in each of the two condo towers, concierge service, and doormen.
