There were multiple closings in April beginning with Unit #1910. This 2,267 square foot residence listed in March at $2,295,000, receiving an accepted in offer in just eight days. The final sales price for the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment was $2,425,000. That’s $130,000 over asking! Hardwood floors, a private elevator, an exceptional kitchen, and views of the river from the curved terrace add to the appeal.

Unit #1911 sold for $2,650,000 after listing for $2,700,000. The two-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment with its 3,050 square foot layout enjoys a direct access elevator, a large foyer, and a huge open living and dining area with wraparound windows and spectacular views of the river. The final closing was Unit #1908, selling for $1,750,000 after listing for $1,790,000.
