Spanning five city blocks in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood, the contemporary development includes 216 condo units across two towers, a hotel, offices, more than 40 upscale shopping boutiques and restaurants, and a 1.5-acre park. Described by the New York Times as a modern day Rockefeller Center in Downtown DC, the outdoor mall and residential development is just blocks from the National Mall and the White House.

New to the market in May is Unit #1002 with an asking price of $1,435,000. With two bedrooms, two baths, and a very spacious 1,340 square foot layout, this corner apartment offers a sunny and open living experience. There’s a front foyer, a huge main living and dining room, and a wonderful primary suite. Other features include a balcony, white oak floors, a desk area, and a gourmet kitchen with panelized appliances.

Still available is Unit #902. Listed at $1,400,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath residence has a very modern floorplan with 1,346 square feet of living space. Huge window walls surround the open living, dining, and cooking area, inviting abundant natural light inside. The Foster + Partners designed kitchen has panelized appliances, and an extended balcony offers terrific views.

Unit #907 in the H Street tower is priced at $640,000. The chic one-bedroom condo with 644 square feet of living space offers a white-on-white theme that adds to the open and airy ambience. Unit #506 listed in May and already has a price decrease, from $1,499,999 down to $1,485,000. Unit #810 also has a price reduction in May, from $2,450,000 down to $2,395,000. This sleek and modern residence has two bedroom, 2.5 baths, and 1,378 square feet of living space. The layout seems even larger when you open the sliders and step out onto an enormous 1,100 square foot private landscaped terrace. Other features include pale oak floors, a Euro-style kitchen, two garage parking spaces, and extra storage.

Unit #607 received an accepted offer and is now in Active Under Contract status, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with an appealing L-shaped layout is listed at $649,000. Massive window walls overlook lovely interior courtyards as well as a Zen water feature. The Euro-style gourmet kitchen is completely open to the living and dining areas, hugging a single wall.

There was one closing in May. Unit #905 sold for $642,000 after listing for $679,900. The 766 square foot flat with one bedroom and one bath has huge south-facing windows, as well as an extended private balcony that runs the entire length of the unit. Also notable is the designer wall coverings, custom silk drapes, and Earnesto Santalla furnishings.

Unit #901/902 was withdrawn in May. This had been the highest priced listing at City Center at $4,995,000. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo is the result of two apartments being combined into one. Features include a 375 square foot turf terrace, an additional balcony, and a temperature controlled wine cellar capable of storing 2,300 bottles.
