Three of our “It Buildings” registered the Most Units Sold in June: The Ritz-Carlton West End in Washington’s West End, Somerset House in Dupont Circle and The Waterview in Arlington. Selling an impressive four units was the Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon Triangle. Two buildings sold two units each: The Ritz-Carlton West End in the West End and Solo Piazza in Logan Circle. Five buildings sold two units each: City Vista in Mount Vernon Triangle, Somerset House, The Odyssey in Arlington and The Waterview, also in Arlington. Last but not least, there were six buildings that sold one unit each: 2020 Lofts in the U Street Corridor, 22 West in the West End, 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, the Atrium in Arlington, Butterfield House on Capitol Hill and City Center in the Mount Vernon Triangle.
