The historic Wardman Tower in Woodley Park accounted for June’s top sale: a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath abode with 3,288 square feet of living space that sold for $3,400,000. Placing second was a unit at the popular Ritz Carlton West End for $2,595,000. Selling for an even $2 million was a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown between the Potomac and the C&O Canal. An urban nesting place at City Center in the Mount Vernon Triangle came in fourth at $1,620,000, a unit at 22 West in the West End closed at $1,575,000 and Somerset House in Dupont Circle rounds out our top sales prices at $1,455,000.
