555 Mass had the most closings in October with four units sold. This luxury “It Building” in the Mount Vernon Triangle is loaded with amenities from its staffed front desk to a rooftop pool. There were three buildings with three sales each: the Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, Somerset House in Chevy Chase and Ten Ten Mass in Mt. Vernon Triangle.

Five buildings had two closings each: 3303 Water Street in Georgetown, Delancey Lofts in Adams Morgan, Landmark Lofts on Capitol Hill, The Adagio in Bethesda and The Floridian in the exciting-hot U Street Corridor.

Last but not least, there were five buildings with one sale each, starting with the intriguing Adams Alley, an adaptive reuse project combining the historic Colortone Printing Building with new three-story overhead penthouses overhead. Others on the one-sale list include City Vista in Mt. Vernon Triangle, Gallery Place in Chinatown, Gaslight Square in Rosslyn and Madrigal Lofts in Mt. Vernon Triangle.
