Madrigal Lofts in Mount Vernon and the Ritz-Carlton West End also shared top honors with three sales each.

Coming in second with two sales each were the Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, Somerset House in Friendship Heights, The Columbia in the West End, The Odyssey in Arlington, The Waterview in Arlington and Yale Street Laundry in DC’s Mount Vernon.

Addresses with one sale each include 2020 Lofts in the U Street Corridor as well as 2424 Lofts in Adams Morgan with the building’s first sale since November 3, 2017 (Unit #R2 at $1,734,500); The Willison in Logan Circle with its first sale since June 5, 2017 (Unit 12 for $975,000) and 1661 Crescent Place in Adams Morgan with that building’s first sale since September 27, 2016 (Unit #504 for $245,000).
