The highest condominium sales price in March belonged to Unit #6A at the full-service Ritz-Carlton West End. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury apartment has 2,776 square feet of living space, a fireplace in the living room, foyer, gallery, breakfast room, formal dining room and library. The closing price was $2,325,000.

Placing second was Unit #R2 at 2424 Lofts in Adams Morgan. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath loft residence with a whopping 4,430 square feet of living space plus two terraces was the first sale at the century-old building since November 3, 2017. The sales price was $1,734,500.

Unit #508 at the Somerset House in Chevy Chase came in third at $1,650,000. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has a hexagonal layout with 2,547 square feet of living space and a big wraparound terrace.

Fourth place goes to Unit #1612 at The Odyssey in Arlington. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury residence in this modern curvilinear building closed at $1,600,000. Unit #121 at Gaslight Square is also located in Arlington, right along the popular Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft with giant factory-style windows and a Chef’s kitchen sold for $1.3 million. Keeping the trend in Arlington is our final listing, Unit #603 at The Weslie in the Rosslyn neighborhood. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with soaring ceilings, parquet floors, marble baths and a beautiful private terrace sold for $1,275,000.
