Turnberry Tower in Arlington’s popular Rosslyn neighborhood is the tallest residential building in all of Washington Metro. Perched by the Potomac River, this full-service condominium had five closings in April including #PH2102, a custom penthouse that listed for $3.1 million and settled for $2,950,000.

Also boasting five closings was Madrigal Lofts in DC’s trendy Mount Vernon, a contemporary building featuring industrial finishes and bedroom lofts.

City Vista, another building that has figured heavily into Mount Vernon’s redevelopment craze, had four sales in April.

There were five buildings that had three sales each: Wooster and Mercer Lofts in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood, The Odyssey in Arlington, Clara Barton in Penn Quarter, Solo Piazza in Logan Circle and Sonata in Mount Vernon.

Finally, there were four buildings with two sales each: 1745 N in Dupont Circle, Atrium in Arlington, The Columbia in the West End and Gallery Place in Chinatown. Also worth noting: The Carthage in Kalorama with its landmark history and distinctive Beaux Arts curvilinear shape, had its first closing since November 28, 2017. Unit #1D with 1-bedroom and 1-bath sold for $470,000.
