Freshly relisted in June is Unit #410, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat with two balconies and two deeded parking spots. With 1,452 square feet of living space, this bright and open apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank hardwood floors and a kitchen that is recessed into a wall of Molteni cabinets. With an asking price of $1,480,000, this appealing condo overlooks 9th Street NW.

Unit #1006 also relisted in June with a new price of $699,900 (a $20K drop from the prior listing). The cute and sunny apartment has 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 772 square feet of interior room. There’s also a fun office nook and sliders to an extra-wide balcony. This white-on-white condo with Molteni cabs that match the pale floor also has a separate powder room off the bath.

Unit#1103 has been reduced in price from $3.2 million down to $2,950,000! The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath penthouse has more than 1,700 square feet of living space as well as a 1,010 square foot private sky terrace with planters, shrubs and small trees. The elongated floorplan features the master bedroom and second bedroom suite at opposite ends. In-between is the living room, dining room and a beautiful kitchen.

Still available is Unit #609 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,210 square feet of space. Listed at $1,224,900, this contemporary apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the interior courtyard and landscaped roofs. Unit #403 remains active as well. The asking price was $829,900 at the time of the offer with a closing scheduled for August.

Also still pending is Unit #416 with a closing set for July. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,209 square feet of space and sliders leading to a lovely patio was priced at $1,165,000 and went under contract in less than a month.

A notable closing in June belonged to Unit #913, an oversized Foster + Partners designed one-bedroom apartment with 940 square feet of living space. The sublime flat with cool custom finishes, six-inch Northern European floors, a giant window wall and a beautiful kitchen featuring Bosch and Miele appliances recessed into Molteni cabinets listed for $779,500 and closed at $785,000. That’s $5,500 over list!

There were multiple additional closings in June as well. Unit #708 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths plus a south-facing balcony had dropped its price to $879,900 before going under contract. The closing price was $867,000. Unit #1105 with 1-bedroom and 1-bath had been offered for $820,000 and settled at $767,450. Unit #703 with 1-bedroom and 1.5-baths was listed at $749,900 and closed for an even $700,000.

Amenities at the Residences at CityCenter include 24/7 front desks, concierge and porter services plus a bar lounge, roof gardens, a water feature, fitness center and spa, outdoor kitchens and an executive center. CityCenterDC offers all one needs with more than 30 restaurants and retailers. But it’s also adjacent a wealth of other Washington attractions, from the National Mall to bars, shops and entertainment galore.
